One nice sunny weekend Alan Bishop and Joel Robinson joined me to record Black Hole Diaries. I had prerecorded all my parts using a new laptop based 'instrument' I call a 'Prepared Computer' paying homage to Johe Cage. This was my first use of it. For various circumstantial reasons I came to think of this project as old friends rejoining to continue some decades old cosmic multi-dimensional music mission.

The original concept for packaging and production was a bit different than it has ended up and for that version the original mixes were album side long continuous single tracks. These were to have been 3 single sided picture disks with a full sized booklet and packaged in a box. The tentative artwork for the disks and booklet with the cosmic mission story are included with download.

A double vinyl LP of this is available from 2182 Recording Company
